Jackal Action Figures
No Halo action figure collection would be complete without the prehistoric looking Jackals. The Jackals were an interesting opponent to face in the Halo series. They were almost always in pairs and they were always hiding behind their energy shields. If you were careful enough a good shot with the sniper rifle could get around that pesky shield but my favorite way to dispose of these creatures was to charge the plasma pistol and let it fly into directly into the energy shield. This would overcharge the shield and temporarily disable it. Once the shield was disabled, I would move in with a melee and finish the job.

As the Halo games progressed so did the Jackals, they became snipers that were often hidden in the distance or they occupied snipers towers. Depending on the difficulty level that you played these sniper wielding Jackals became worthy adversaries often picking you off with one shot. Playing became different and you had to use all the cover you could find.
The Jackal action figure stands at 4.75 inches tall. It has articualted joints at the neck, shoulders, biceps, elbows, wrists, waist, knees and ankles. It comes with a plasma pistol and an energy shield. The weapons are removable.
